As you embark on your coastal escape, we invite you to embrace the blissful tranquility that awaits during our cherished quiet hours, from 10 PM – 8 AM.

Now, we know that a beachside getaway is often accompanied by laughter, joy, and a sense of freedom, but even paradise needs its moments of peaceful respite. Our quiet hours policy ensures that both you and your fellow guests can enjoy uninterrupted slumber and wake up feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and ready to seize the day's adventures. As quiet hours approach, please be respectful to other guests and bring festivities indoors and be mindful of music and volume.

We understand that life's tides can sometimes bring unexpected changes and alter the course of your well-laid plans. If you need to cancel your reservation please do so by email at least 60 days before the check-in date for a full refund.

Alternatively, we can also change the dates of your stay for no charge.

To secure your slice of paradise, we require a 25% deposit due when your reservation is made and the remaining payment will be due 60 days prior to check-in for our fabulous beachfront rental.

We're thrilled to offer you the convenient perk that will ensure smooth sailing upon your arrival—a dedicated parking space exclusively reserved for each reservation at our beachfront vacation rental. Rest easy knowing that your wheels will have a safe and convenient spot in paradise!

If you are in need of additional parking, there is public parking on the streets further inland (which you can search for on Google) as well as paid parking lots; both daytime and 24-hour lots.

Yes! Get ready to ride the waves of connectivity at our beachfront rental, where the power of Wi-Fi flows as smoothly as the tides. We're thrilled to offer you a high-speed internet connection that will keep you connected, whether you're soaking up the sun or lounging indoors.

While we're all about providing an exceptional experience, we want to be upfront about one thing – we don't offer EV charging at our property. But fear not! There are several EV charging stations only a few minutes away from the Strand.

Unfortunately, we do not provide beach towels. But our rental units and grounds are equipped with other amenities to enhance your beachfront experience. So, pack your favorite beach towels, your sunscreen, and a sense of adventure as you step into our beachfront paradise.
